Amber and Garret, a simple go lucky couple, start their story with a random date on Tinder. Garrett is from Hartford and Amber from Sussex. They met in the middle and the rest is history. Garret has a huge heart and is the type of person to give the shirt off his back to anyone. Amber is caring, loving, and all around supportive. Put these two together, and you have the foundation for a beautiful life.

The engagement.

In October of 2020 Garret and Amber took a trip out to Garrets friend’s house. On the walk to the backyard, Amber heard some music playing. As they continued down the trail Amber noticed signs saying, “This Way To Love, Laughter, and Happily Ever After.” That’s when she saw the balloons reading, “Will You Marry Me?” and Garret standing by. It was an intimate, yet simple moment – exactly the kind of people Amber and Garett are.

The Big day

Amber and Garret loved the two-story barn and all the beautiful landscape which The Hay Loft provides. They envisioned having a rustic yet classy environment for themselves and guests. They accomplished this by taking the barns natural rustic look and mixed in some extravagant centerpieces and decorations. The centerpieces were stunning, with some reaching 4 feet tall!
