Once upon a time there was a barn that was only being used for bee supply storage. But along came a girl with a dream to have her wedding there. See, Tim Otterstatter and Katelyn were family friends. The Otterstetter’s purchased the barn property shortly after Katelyn’s engagement and she saw the vision. With lots of work and many projects, the Otterstatter family made the barn perfect for Katelyn and Ryan’s wedding day. Their dream of a rustic barn wedding had become a reality. Favorite Memories.

The couple still hasn’t forgotten the feeling of that night. Having a huge celebration with family friends, all gathered in one place for one night is unforgettable. They loved the large open space, big enough to fit everyone. Katelyn and Ryan remember everyone having so much fun, even the Otterstatter didn’t want the DJ to stop!

Where are we Now

7 years later and the two of them have grown their family by babies and animals! They have been blessed with two children Brinley and Bryton, a dog Remi, and 2 donkeys Julie and Jenny. They love spending their time outdoors and traveling to their cabin. Thank you for trusting and allowing The Hayloft to be part of your story.
